Well, this week we had two perfect fall weather
days and I was actually outside during part of them. Plus. I also heard
from my advisor about changing which final one credit hour I need to take
and that we need to meet about scheduling deadlines for thesis work. Major
minus. I have a new kitten in the household, whose previous owners named
Cocoa and whom I am considering renaming Ghira. Plus. She needs the
initial vet appointment and a flea bath. Minus. Perry is warming up to her
remarkably quickly. Plus. This may mean that Perry will need a flea bath
also. Potential minus. Lab reports (I teach y'know) are due next week, so
my office hours are as busy as the rest of my life. Tremendous minus.
Constant rain is not scheduled for the upcoming three day weekend, so the
faire ought to be better than last weekend (puddles in tent). Some fun
either way. So how shall I count the total effect? A good week? A crazy life? Dunno. I'll let you know next week. Until then... chris@gettingby.net |
