About d0005, "Patience"

About the print: Artist unknown, probably during the Edo Floating World era of woodprints.  Anyone who can read the chop, please email me so I can give appropriate credit.  And yeah, it’s a really crappy haiku.   No, it’s not meant to be more than that, with a minor “Stranger in a Strange Land” reference.

These one-panel pages are my little homage to the mood-establishing shots in anime flicks and manga panels.  They’ll be reappearing occasionally when it seems appropriate. As a minor bonus, they buy me a little time to stay ahead of you guys.  Frankly, I’m impatient to get through this set-up thread and start including more anime-geekland-fun stuff.
